Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Folkmona is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, or incorrect addresses.
Returns
We accept return requests within [14] days of delivery.
Items must be:

• In original condition
• Returned with original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Sale items and custom-made pieces are non-refundable unless defective.
