Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached.

Made-to-order & workshop bookings Made-to-order pieces and workshop bookings are non-refundable once production or booking has been confirmed, as each piece is created specifically for you and materials are sourced individually. If you have any concerns, please get in touch and we'll always try to find a fair solution.

How to start a return Email us at andreani@folkmona.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm next steps and the return address.

Return shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 working days. We'll email you to confirm once it's done.

Faulty or damaged items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges We're happy to offer exchanges for a different size where stock allows just email us to arrange this.
