Shipping policy
Processing time Most Folkmona pieces are made in small batches or to order. Please allow 3-7 working days for your order to be prepared before it's shipped. During busy periods (collection launches, workshops, holidays) this may take slightly longer, we'll always let you know if there's a delay.
Shipping times & costs
- Cyprus: 2-4 working days
- UK: 5-10 working days
- Europe: 7-14 working days
- Rest of world: 10-21 working days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Made-to-order items Some pieces are made to order and may take longer to produce, the estimated timeframe will be shown on the product page.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Customs & import duties For orders outside Cyprus and the EU, you may be responsible for customs fees, import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are not included in the order total and are the customer's responsibility.
